The Tourist Information Desk of Les Salles sur Verdon engages itself to:


  1. Provide an easily accessible reception and information area;
  2. Facilitate your enquiries;
  3.  Offer furniture to be seated;
  4. Inform you - free of charge - concerning the local tourist offer;
  5. Display and distribute its opening hours and/or periods in at least one foreign language;
  6. Be open at least 120 days a year, Saturday and Sunday included during high tourist season or on the occasion of special events;
  7. Answer all year to your letters;
  8. Provide a permanent reception service run by staff practicing at least one foreign language;
  9. Ensure the supply of tourist maps, maps and tourist guides on paper;
  10. Give access to its bilingual website;
  11. Supply its tourist information also on paper translated in at least one foreign language, relative:

                                 ■ to all ranked tourist accommodations indicating at least the name of the establishment, postal address, e-mail address,                                                 website address, telephone number, and ranking;
                                 ■ to cultural, natural or recreational monuments and tourist sites, that may include  rates, opening periods and opening hours to                                         the public,  websites , telephone numbers(s) and postal codes;

     16. Treat your complaints and measure your satisfaction;

     18. Ensure an reliable and up to date information on the local tourist offer;
     19. Update the tourist offer data of its geographical area of intervention
